Angle definitions and animations?

Hey all,

I'm working on visualizing some orbits around the milky way (similar to what sebastien has been doing with the subdwarfs) and wanted to not just plot the orbit but also have the viewer "ride along" an orbit while keeping the view aimed at the Sun. I've been able to create a wf file and get it to load up and play from a command file, and for the most part it works ok but I want to keep the camera pointed at either the center of the Milky Way or the Sun. I'm now stumbling over the definitions of Rx Ry Rz. Are these rotations done in the order about-x, about-y, about-z? do the local axes get carried around after each rotation or are these orientations fixed in space? Is there a way to just specify the position (i.e., unit vector components) I want to look toward? I've scanned the manual and the web and haven't found much guidance on this.

On a related note, is it possible to have objects moving independent of the motion of the camera?

thanks!
